Abstract:
Chemo-enzymatic method for synthesis of cyclic peptides for pharmacological relevant molecules e.g. with antibiotic, immunosupressive or cytostatic effects. Based on the natural system of so called non-ribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPS) no longer artifical cofactors like N-acetylcyteamine, SNAC are necessary for cyclization from linear to cyclic molecules.
