Abstract: A crystalline conductive polymer nanostructure with rapid conductance switching properties (order of milliseconds) has been developed. Methods of manufacturing the nanoparticle polymer structure are based on using a novel interfacial oxidative polymerization technique. These nanoswitches are especially suited for use in nanoelectronics.
