Abstract:
Metal-Organic Insulator-Semiconductor structure as a solar cell is advantageous for several reasons, among them are the ability to “tailor” the physical and electrostatic properties of the insulating layer, by controlling the layer’s thickness to angstrom precision and the choice between several self-assembly chemistries.
