Abstract:
Method of generating oligonucleotide hybridization probes of high power to simultaneously discriminate between multiple similar sequences. Proof of principle was done a set of 39 probes specific for each of the HPV types Results obtained from clinical samples, including show that these probes allow the discrimination of all subtypes.
