Abstract: The invention is a novel reactor for the growth of Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotube Arrays (VACNAs) at selected locations on the temperature-sensitive substrates. The reactor is equipped with radio-frequency source for induction heating that operates within selected frequency range, and uses invented gaseous feedstock.
