Potential measurement through Nano-Scaled Liquid bridge using AFM System based on QTF and Nanopipette

We demonstrated that the apex of the nanopipette with metal electrodes could be used as a potential-meter through nano-scaled liquid bridge using AFM System based on QTF and Nanopipette. The nanopipette was fabricated by commercial pipette puller(P-2000) and electrodes of Ti-Au was deposited by thermal evaporator. With high static electricity at the end of pipette by applying voltage to the nanopipette, tip contacted to the sample which has different potentials in ion solution, As a result, a current would be suddenly increased by forming of electron channel.
