Abstract:
Cobalt ferrite nano films have been prepared by pulsed laser deposition using XeCl excimer laser. Characerization of nano-films by XRD, SEM and AFM. Temperature dependence of Magnetic properties of nano-films have been measured using SQUID magnetometry from 5-300K. An attempt is made to explain the superparamagnetism in nano-films
