In this paper we have described the synthesis of colloidal silver nanoparticles through a simple chemical route and their interaction with enzyme Horsh Radish Peroxidase(HRP). Particles synthesized were characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, XRD,TEM and Fluorescence. pH dependent size selectivity have been achieved for Ag nanoparticles. pH induced interaction of silver nanoparticles with Horsh radish peroxidase(HRP)has been reported. Variation of fluorescence intensity of silver nanoparticles with interaction of horsh radish peroxidase w.r.t. different pH has been explored. It has been found that pH plays a vital role in enzymatic sensitivity of Ag nanoparticles . The prospects of this experiment are good for in vitro investigation of sensitivity of proteins and enzymes with metal nanoparticles. The method of synthesis of silver nanoparticle presented in this paper involves an economical technique as we conduct this at room temperature and within a very short time period of around 30minutes. Thus a convenient and low cost approach of investigation of biomolecular interaction with metal nanoparticles can be an advantage of this paper.
