Commercialising continuous hydrothermal synthesis to produce high quality formulated nanomaterials

Abstract:
We have developed a commercial process for manufacture of ton scale formulated nanomaterials. The process uses continuous hydrothermal synthesis and can be used to produce a large range of different materials from oxides, metals, solid state solutions, artificial bone and pharma organics at nanoscale. This IP has now been commercialised by a spin out company called Promethean Particles which can supply small and large scale quantities of high grade nanomaterials to academe and industry.
