U.S. Army Corrosion Office

The US Army Corrosion Office, as directed by the Army Materiel Command, manages research and development activities in the area of corrosion prevention and control for both fielded and developing weapons systems. Current research activities include the Active/Smart Coatingsā„¢ Technology Program, MEMS Reliability Assessment Program, Pacific Rim Corrosion Research Program, and Technology Demonstration for the Prevention of Material Degradation Program.
