The Gruppo Colorobbia is a world business company in the field of ceramics; in particular it produces and sells where ceramic market is present, all the chemicals starting from raw material to frits ( glass component of the glaze) and pigments. Starting from 1999 in one of the company Colorobbia Italia, a big advanced research center (CE.RI.COL.) has been strategically developed devoted to different field of research nanomaterials and special glass. Today Gruppo Colorobbia has a turnover of 450.000 M€ and 1800 employees. The research center manages more than 15 projects in diversified fields of application; textile, ceramic, glass, catalysis, energy, surface coating, biomedical and pharmaceutical.
