SEMTech Solutions is a seller of re-conditioned Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs) and a new affordable USB digital imaging solution for older analog SEMs. SEMTech Solutions offers customers an alternative to buying expensive new scanning electron microscopes. SEMTech provides various services on our refurbished SEMs, including full service contracts and financial leasing plans. In addition, SEMTech Solutions represents Elionix, Inc. in North America to provide Electron Beam Lithography Systems and 3-D Electron Beam Roughness Analyzing Microscopes. SEMTech Solutions is also the Northeast sales representative in North America for Physical Electronics (Auger, ESCA, SIMS).
