Keywords:
nanotubes, halloysite, nanoceramics

Abstract:
Halloysite an often overlooked source of nanotubles is a naturally occuring 1:1 aluminosilicate that forms 30nm diameter hollow tubules that are suitable for a range of applications from polymer composites, to controlled release, bio-catalysis and formation of complex self assembeled films. We will discuss a range of applications and relevant research results.
