Matrix Plating Group

Matrix Plating Group is an alliance formed by two plating companies, Digital Matrix and Sweden Electroforming Technologies, located in New York and Sweden. Both companies manufacture high-speed, high-precision, rotating head and circulating plating equipment ranging from 2â€ wafers to 2 Meter Sq. shims to Large Drum/Roller Plating.

Plating Systems are: 1, 2, 3 & 4 bath combinations with special designed workholders to produce tolerances of +/- 1 Âµm TTV. Also manufactured: Electroclean and Passivation Systems, Spin Coaters, Spin Dryers, Waste Treatments, Pure DI Water Systems, Anode Cleaner, Thickness Gauge and many more. Metals include: Ni, NiCo, Cu, CuAlloy, NiP, and Au.
