Umicore NanoMaterials

Umicore designs, produces and sells nanoparticles (nano-oxides and a few nano-metals, i.e. Ag and Zn) including their dispersions. Products are sold under the brand name NanoGrain® (undoped titania, ceria, zirconia, alumina, ITO, … ), ZANO® (ZnO), NOZIP® (Zn) and Optisol® (a doped rutile for the cosmetics market). Via close cooperation with our customers, we provide solutions to the following sectors: cosmetics, paints & coatings, plastics, micro-electronics, textiles, glass, ceramics, printing, … Umicore is a materials technology Group and a truly industrial manufacturer of the above mentioned products, offering annual capacities in the range of the hundreds of metric tons.
