Ocean Optics offers spectrometers and sampling accessories that combine with quantum-dot nanocrystals to create spectrophotometric systems for fluorescence and absorbance applications. Among our products are Evident Technologies’ EviDots, semiconductor nanocrystals that produce high quantum yields with intense fluorescent brightness at targeted peak wavelengths; and EviTag water-stable nanocrystals for bioconjugating into assays and high throughput screening applications. Also available are FluoroVettes, UV-transparent, micro-volume disposable cuvettes for fluorescence analysis. FluoroVettes have 50 microliter contained volume, transmit UV light to 220 nm, and are available in versions designed for loading the sample with a pipetter or connecting to a pump for flow studies.
