The mission of Harvard's Center for Nanoscale Systems (CNS) is to provide world-class, centralized facilities and technical support for Harvard faculty research groups as well as the larger community of external users from academia and industry.
As part of the NNIN consortium, Harvard University provides access to the full capabilities, tools, and process expertise of the CNS on a fee-for-service basis. We support academic and industrial users performing nanofabrication, soft-lithography, imaging and analysis, and nanoscale computation. Users are supported by full-time highly-trained technical staff
