NanoQuébec, a non-profit organization jointly funded by the governments of Québec and Canada, elaborates various joint actions aimed at strengthening innovation in nanotechnologies in Quebec and Canada in order to increase sustainable economic development.
NanoQuébec’s orientations are the following:
- Develop a competitiveness pole for the province of Quebec in fields linked to nanotechnologies;
- Encourage the adoption of nanotechnologies by Quebec businesses;
- Position Quebec on a national and global scale as a leader in development of nanotechnologies;
- Encourage the adoption of norms and ethical behaviours for responsible development of nanotechnologies;
