Information for Authors

Poster Presentations

Poster stands and tacks for mounting will be provided at the conference. The displayable area is 3 ft. wide and 4 ft. high. Posters may be assembled from individual pages or large poster sheet. Authors must provide their own title signs or pages. Each poster presentation must have at least one author present at the conference poster sessions. AV equipment is not permitted in the poster session rooms.

Oral Presentations

Please prepare your presentation in MS PowerPoint and bring with you to the conference on CD, memory stick or suitable media. Zip drives will NOT be available. Presentations are not collected before the conference. Standard audiovisual equipment including: PC, LCD projector, screen, wireless microphone and laser pointer will be provided in each session room. AV Technicians will be available on site for assistance.
