Abstract: A new strategy to obtain nanostructured polymer films for nanobiosensors application will be showed based on a nanoporous alumina template, biopolymer growth into its pores and crosslinking molecular inmovilization. In the present work we are going to show the surface characterization by confocal microscopy, polarization and SEM studies and we will also present our results on the degradation of nanostructured polymer film and the enzyme activity measured by UV-VIS spectroscopy.
