The methods of site-specific delivery of antitumor agents without the general and system consecuences remain to be actual because the need to reduce the negative effects of antitumor treatment. In the experiment attempts are made to create nanodevices containing several functional structures: acceptor, effector, navigational. The program of experiment is formed on combined functional structures depending on their composition: organic, inorganic and bioengineering bases. The Combination has been studied. Use of monoparticles is guarantied not to overcome any defense mechanisms of mammalian organism. The prospect of receiving of successfully functioning nanoparticles consists of a balanced combination of sizes, functions and disguise mechanisms of this device.
