Abstract:
Digital Matrix, with headquarters in New York, manufactures equipment used in the Galvanics process such as: Electroforming, Electrocleaning, Waste Treatment, Protective Spin Coaters, Spin Dryers, Pure Water (DI) systems & Metal Thickness Profilers. Our high-speed, high-aspect ration plating process can plate wafers from 2'' to 70'' square with a total thickness variation within a +/- 1 to 2 micron. Our R&D department consistantly develops ways of improving these processes to plate high-aspect-ratio wafers, stampers and shims. We are a distributor of galvanic process chemicals and test equipment. Formed in 1987, Digital Matrix continues to grow each year with new technologies and industries to serve.
