Conference Registration
You Can Register On-site during the hours listed below.
The advance registration is now closed and all NSTI staff are out of the office, and will have limited access to phone or email. All further questions can be handled on-site at the conference registration desk located in the Ballroom Foyer.
Pre-Registered Attendees
As you are pre-registered, you just need to go to the “Pre-Registered Badge Pickup” area or the “Press & Exhibitor Registration” and pick up your materials and badge. Please be aware that registration opens on Sunday at noon and will be open until 6:00 pm Registration will open again at 7:00 am on Monday May 9.

Notes
- A copy of the Conference Technical Proceedings (Vol. 1-3) on CDROM is included with a regular conference registration.
- Cancellations made by April 15, 2005 will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations after April 15, 2005 are non-refundable.
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no charge prior to May 1, 2005. After May 1 no changes may be made.
- Access to the Trade Show exhibition is included with the conference registration.
- Conference proceedings are priced at a special discount for registered attendees only, and must be picked up on-site at the Registration Desk.
- Reduced prices of proceedings are valid for registered attendees only.
- *Does not include a copy of the conference technical proceedings. Access to conference sessions, tutorials, demos and workshops requires a regular conference registration.
