Yield Engineering Systems (YES) was incorporated in 1980 as a surface tension modification company building equipment for the semiconductor industry that applies self assembled monolayers of silane for photo resist adhesion becoming an industry standard for adhesion. Branching out into plasma surface modification in 1985, which allows total control of the desired surface in both contact angle and thickness of the silane modifiers.  Years of experience, has given YES the answer in developing a Silane Vapor Deposition system for DNA, BioTech, Nanotechnology industries and more. Giving total control and repeatability of process with long-term stability of results.
