Using various Photographic systems such as Optical Photolithography , E-beam lithographay, Laser Photolithography HTA Photomask can make patterns as small as sub micron in size and many millions per square inch. HTA Photomask makes many prototype small volume mask sets or can produce microphotolithographic products in very large volumes.
