HTA Photomask designs, digitizes and manufactures photomasks. These photomasks are used in the manufacturing process of creating microscopic patterns and devices in the micro-electronics, mems, moems, nanostructure, micro machining, measurement, and biomedical industries. Auto Cad and GDSII data are Used as standard data formats in our mask making process.

HTA will work with engineers creating designs that are to be etched in silicon, quartz, and various other mediums to produce their micro devices or structures. Using various Photographic systems such as Optical Photolithography , E-beam lithographay, Laser Photolithography HTA Photomask can make patterns as small as sub micron in size and many millions per square inch. HTA Photomask makes many prototype small volume mask sets or can produce microphotolithographic products in very large volumes.
