Founded in 1968, Telic manufactures chrome photomask blanks and high performance thin film coatings engineered to customer’s needs. Telic’s products are used as platforms for MEMS, bio sensors and microfluidics arrays. Telic advises the selection of glass, metal film, and photoresist and builds custom blanks in a class 100 environment. Additionally, Telic offers imaged masks on glass down to .003” thin. Telic recently introduced holographic resist blanks with uniform photoresist coatings up to 50 microns thick.
