Our NanoLog spectrofluorometer and LabRAM Raman systems allow automated measurement of nanotube diameter, chirality and abundance. When these instruments are coupled with a microscope, nanotube distribution and orientation measurements are also possible. The NanoLog is also perfect for quantum dots and other studies in the uv-vis-ir. The LabRAM-HR is used by most semiconductor chip manufacturers for Si and SiGe strain measurements in the UV. A variety of particle sizing equipment will be featured. It will include Laser Light Scattering, Digital Image Analysis and Brownian Motion Methods. There will be special emphasis on nano-meter size particles.
