Our flagship product, the MFP-3D™ AFM, is truly the next generation AFM with power and flexibility in one complete system. The MFP-3D features: the NPS™ nanopositioning system with closed loop operation in all three axes for precision and accuracy; a low noise, all digital controller for easy upgradability; powerful IGOR Pro software that is user-programmable; MicroAngelo™—built-in, advanced nanolithography and manipulation capabilities; and top and bottom optical access for simultaneous AFM and optical capabilities such as phase contrast, epifluorescence, FRET, or TIRF. New features include ORCA™—conductive AFM imaging module; Digital Q Control for exquisite control over the tip and sample; the Haptic Interface System to “feel” the surface of your sample; the BioHeater™ thermal control accessory for heating of samples to 80° C and above; and simultaneous AFM and phase contrast imaging. The MFP-3D is available in two models, the MFP-3D Stand Alone, and the MFP-3D Inverted Optical, which fits on a variety of inverted optical microscopes, and is ideal for many life science applications.
