Architect™ provides schematic-based behavioral simulations that enable designers to quickly explore and optimize design alternatives. Designer™ allows designers to define 3D geometry and processes for MEMS components. Analyzer™ uses finite element physics to test and verify designs. Integrator™ allows designers to create MEMS templates for use with industry-standard IC simulators, such Synopsys® and Cadence®. Available separately or bundled, CoventorWare applications are fully customizable to conform to designers’ preferred design flows and methodologies. Coventor also offers MEMulator™, a process emulator and virtual prototyping tool that creates accurate, highly detailed 3D representations of microfabricated devices or even entire wafers in minutes, allowing designers to easily detect errors and reduce production costs.
