MikroMasch is dedicated to developing and manufacturing microelectromechanical systems and devices on their basis. The following projects are currently running with the aim of scaling up to serial production:

• Optic alignment chips
• Microbolometers
• SPM probes
• Calibration standards

There are a number of custom-made systems in our portfolio designed for research centers, universities, and laboratories. The production cycle is optimized to ensure the highest flexibility of manufacturing at minimum costs for the customers.
