Abstract: Guided by advanced nano-science chemical and ceramic engineering methods and certain Nobel Prize winning discoveries of superconductor phenomena, we created, US patented (three patents), validated product prototypes in experiments at Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY and by independent international institutions, and well discussed and published at the American Ceramics, Material Research and Mechanical Engineers societies (seven publications) the ceramic-silicone nano-processing (CSP) method and a unique HTS-CSP composite material formulation allowing nanostructuring design and cost-effective nanofabrication of continuous (nichrome alloy substrate adhesion coated) HTS electric wire and customized ceramic leads using off-the-shelf available superconducting ceramic powder and other standard chemicals. Employing this newly created HTS-CSP nanotechnological method and invented material formulation; the Company will develop and provide cost-effective automated conveyor manufacture of continuous multi-strand HTS electric wire and customized HTS leads of any size, shape and for any application area.
