nanoengineered products, announced that the Company will exhibit and has been
invited to present three nanomaterial papers at Nanotech 2004 next week in
Boston. Nanotech 2004, organized by the Nano Science and Technology
Institute, is the largest nanotechnology conference in the world for business,
academia, and research, and covers emerging nanotechnology markets, including

Nanophase will also participate in the Nanotech 2004 exhibition, booth
803, to demonstrate the Company's integrated nanomaterials technologies to
chemical and industrial companies attending the event.
