Poster Sessions A & B

The NSTI-Nanotech 2004 Best Poster Awards recognized the poster chosen as the best poster in each of the two poster sessions at the 2004 Nanotechnology Conference and Trade Show.

The recipients of this award are:

• Poster Session A:
   
  Elena Gaura and R.M. Newman of Coventry University, UK, for their poster entitled "Smart, Intelligent and Cogent Microsensors - Intelligence for Sensors and Sensors for Intelligence".
   
  
• Poster Session B:
   
  Manju Misra, H.M. Park, A.K. Mohanty and L.T. Drzal of Michigan State University, US, for their poster entitled "Sustainable Nanocomposite Materials from Cellulosic Plastics".

Awards are given to the best posters presented at the conference. These awards are based on the recommendations of the reviewers and on recommendations of a duly constituted program committee jury who visit the poster presentations.

Winners of the NSTI-Nanotech Best Poster Award receive free conference registration and a commemorative plaque.
