TranSIESTA is a new simulation package for modelling of nanoscale devices with chemical accuracy. It is particular suited to explore the electrical properties of novel nanoelectronic devices like molecular electronics or carbon nanotube devices. The method can also be used for modelling the electrical properties of interfaces including leakage currents in MOS devices. A commercial version of TranSIESTA package will be released later this year. At the booth it will be possible to obtain further details about the simulation package and a trial beta version of the package will be on display. Trial copies of the beta version will be freely available.
